- Does NOT own, sell, or manufacture goods
- Does NOT employ riders (they are independent contractors)
4. User Responsibilities

- Respect riders, merchants, and staff
- Avoid fraudulent or abusive behavior
5. Rider Responsibilities
Delivery partners must:
- Deliver items safely and promptly
- Follow traffic and safety laws
- Handle goods responsibly
- Maintain professionalism
6. Payments & Fees
- All fees are displayed before confirmation
- Prices may include delivery, service, or platform fees
- NITUMEAPP reserves the right to revise fees
7. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before pickup
- Cancellation after pickup may incur charges
- Repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension
8. Limitation of Liability
NITUMEAPP shall NOT be liable for:
- Losses due to incorrect user information
- Delays beyond reasonable control
- Disputes between users and merchants
- Indirect or consequential damages

NITUMEAPP may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse or harassment
